Request a Review Copy

If you are considering The Remote Interpreter: Self-Evaluation Manual for use in an interpreter education program, practicum course, or professional development curriculum, a review copy is available upon request.

The manual is organized around 8 standards and 20 benchmarks. It is grounded in two theoretical frameworks, Communicative Autonomy (García-Beyaert) and Role Space Theory (Llewellyn-Jones & Lee), and includes scenario-based examples, reflective prompts, and rubrics applicable across language pairs and experience levels. It was designed to work as a standalone text or alongside existing course materials.

It fits well in courses covering remote interpreting practice, professional ethics, supervised practicum, or interpreter self-assessment.
